It’ll actually ship out but they will prob give a separate charge later They’ll end up cancelling my order themselves Can someone help me out? i need advice and i’m lost on what to do this is the timeline of my wolf record i purchased it when it first got released on hhv in late october (the preorder) it kept delaying and delaying numerous times and the website was giving me scam vibes so i tried to reach out to customer service to cancel my order but no one responded after many requests, i ended up having to contact my bank and withdraw the charges, i got a temporary reimbursement and got the money back from my wolf but the order shows as still active to this day, it just still hasn’t shipped out and just shows as preparing for shipment like everyone else’s is, around 2 nights ago I did the online cancellation form on the site just to see if i’d get some store credit like i got another time, i didn’t get any, so i reached out on hhv to there site to reopen my order, and they did, this morning, now my order shows as active again and that it’ll ship out like normal soon and isn’t a preorder anymore, so i think either 1 of 3 things could happen
